Philadelphia's McGillin's Olde Ale House Offering Reward To Women Who Propose On Leap Day
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - It is an old Irish tradition for women to propose on Leap Day, and a popular Philadelphia pub is offering something special to those who want to pop the question. The first five women to propose at McGillin's Olde Ale House on Leap Day will be rewarded with a $100 gift certificate to the popular match-making bar.
But the rules are you must call ahead to make arrangements and it must be a public proposal.
