Philadelphia Officials Say Some Roads In Old City Could Be Closed Two Months Following Last Week's Water Main Break
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- City officials say it could be two months before some roads in Old City are reopened following last week's water main break. Repair work continues near 3rd and Arch Streets.
The area is now open to pedestrians and water is back on.
3rd Street remains closed from Market to Race Streets. Arch Street is closed from 2nd to 4th Streets.
The city says it needs time to replace 20 feet of the water main in that area.
