More Than Thousand People Participate In Annual Special Olympics New Jersey Polar Plunge In Wildwood
WILDWOOD, N.J. (CBS) -- Hundreds of swimmers braved the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean on Saturday for a good cause. CBS3 was in the Wildwoods at the 13th annual Special Olympics New Jersey Polar Plunge.
More than a thousand people took the plunge and raised some $330,000.
All of the proceeds benefit the Special Olympics of New Jersey.
