Upper Darby Police Announce Arrest In Christmas Eve Murder
UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS) -- Police in Upper Darby have made an arrest in a Christmas Eve murder. Investigators say Jazmar Thomas shot and killed Samir Geiger during a robbery on Dec. 24.
The incident happened on the 200 block of Margate Road.
Police say information from eyewitnesses led to Thomas' arrest. He surrendered a week ago, according to police.
Thomas is charged with criminal homicide and robbery.
Authorities left open the possibility that more people could be charged in the incident.
