Some Parking Restrictions Now In Effect Ahead Of Mummers Parade In Center City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Parking restrictions are starting ahead of the Mummers Parade on New Year's Day. A ban on parking on the east side of 15th Street from John F. Kennedy Boulevard to South Penn Square is now in effect.
There will be more road closures over the next three days -- leading up to Wednesday's parade from City Hall down to Washington Avenue.
