Spring Garden Bridge To Close For One Year Due To Repairs Beginning Monday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A bridge in Spring Garden is closing for repairs. Workers will shut down the 15th Street Bridge between Hamilton and Callowhill Streets for one year beginning on Monday.
Because of the closure, Callowhill Street will be changed from one-way to two-way traffic between 15th and 17th Streets.
The bridge is expected to reopen by December 2020.
