Philadelphia Police: 26-Year-Old Man Shot Multiple Times In Nicetown-Tioga Section
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 26-year-old man was shot multiple times in the Nicetown-Tioga section of Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon. Police say the shooting happened around 3:40 p.m. on the 1600 block of West Victoria Street.
Police say the victim was shot in both thighs, the knee and his scrotum.
He was transported to Temple University Hospital and is in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
