CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- A heavy police presence responded to the I-95 South ramp to the Commodore Barry Bridge Friday night for a report of an unconscious person. Police say they were called to the location just before 9:30 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.
