Mumps Outbreak Declared At Moravian College
BETHLEHEM, Pa. (CBS) -- A mumps outbreak has been declared at Moravian College in Bethlehem. The college has five confirmed cases.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a mumps outbreak is classified by three or more confirmed cases.
A vaccination clinic is set up for any students considered high-risk for contracting mumps, but school officials stress that there is no widespread concern about the disease on campus.
