Dole Baby Spinach Sold In New Jersey Recalled Over Salmonella Scare

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A salmonella scare has forced Dole to recall some baby spinach. The recall affects six-ounce bags and 10-ounce clamshells of the baby spinach sold in 10 states, including New Jersey.

A random sample tested positive for salmonella. The spinach has a use-by date of Aug. 5.

If you still have any in your refrigerator, you should throw it out.
