Police: Woman Rushed To Hospital After Being Struck, Trapped Underneath Vehicle In Grays Ferry

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A woman was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in the city's Grays Ferry section on Monday. Police say the 30-year-old woman was struck just after 6:30 p.m. on the 1300 block of South 32^nd Street.

According to police, after being struck, she was trapped underneath the car.

She was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in critical condition.

The driver remained on the scene.
