Person Found Dead Under Pile Of Construction Debris In Port Richmond, Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A person was found dead under a pile of construction debris in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. Police say the body was found by a passerby on Bath and Schiller Streets, shortly after noon on Monday.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
It's not yet known how the person ended up under the debris or how long the body has been there for.
The victim's identity has not been released.
