Safety Harness Saves Window Washer Who Slipped Over Edge Of Building In Old City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --A safety harness helped save a window washer who slipped over the edge of a building today in Old City. The window washer was working at a building on the 100 block of N. Bread Street.
Officials say the employee was properly rigged into the safety harness and only suffered minor cuts and abrasions.
Firefighters responded to the scene and were able to safely rescue the window washer.
