PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Gillian Kocher and Megan Reilly-Delligatti from the Pennsylvania SPCA join this week's Pet Project to talk about the Humane Law Enforcement Team. As it gets warmer, they'll soon be inundated with calls.
The two also showed off some of the dog available for adoption.
