• 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Juice from 3 lemons


In a saucepan, bring heavy cream and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for about a minute. Stir in lemon juice. Take off heat and pour into individual cups. Chill for at least four hours up to a week. Just before serving, add whipped cream and any other favorite toppings.
