Women Prefer Warmer Workplaces Than Men, Study Finds

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Scientists have raised the stakes in the battle of the sexes over office temperature. A new German study suggests women think better in warmer rooms, while men work better in colder temperatures.

Scientists say the findings will hopefully prompt employers and educational institutions to consider adjusting the thermostat to boost productivity.
