PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 13-year-old boy is in the hospital after being grazed by a bullet in the city’s Kensington section Monday. The shooting happened just after 8:30 p.m. on the 600 block of East Clementine Street.
Police say the boy suffered a graze wound to his chest and was taken to a local hospital.
