Man Arrested In Connection To Death Of His Girlfriend In Berks County: Police

BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) – Police say a man has been arrested in connection to the death of his girlfriend, weeks after an alleged assault. Berks County Prosecutors say Scott Wiley kicked Farrah Wertz's feet from under her on March 11.

She underwent surgery for a broken bone and was released from the hospital.

But investigators say Wertz died of a complication from that injury last Friday.
