PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A little extra body weight could help you survive a stroke.
A study of more than 1,000 stroke patients shows people who are overweight or obese are less likely to die.
The American Academy of Neurology says one explanation is overweight people may have a nutritional reserve to sustain them.
