PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – In Texas, they’re taking the calming concept of “yoga,” to a new extreme! Yelling is part of the practice of “rage yoga.”

Instructors say sometimes you just need to just scream it out.

Another uncharacteristic part of “rage yoga,” is the drinking.

They take “beer breaks” during the yoga classes.

The rage yoga practitioners say it’s good for you to let out your anger once in a while.
