PHILADELPHIA (CBS)
- One passenger was injured in a crash involving a SEPTA bus overnight.

Officials say the Route 33 bus lost control and slammed into a Chinese takeout restaurant at 21st and Diamond Streets in North Philadelphia, just before 2 a.m.

SEPTA says the bus hit an icy patch before the crash.

A female passenger suffered a leg injury and was hospitalized in stable condition.

Yong Liu, his wife and three children live above the restaurant. He says his 10-year-old son no longer wants to go back inside.

"He says, 'I don't want to live here,'" said Liu.

The Red Cross is assisting the Liu family following the crash.

The restaurant's owner says he's waiting to hear back from Licenses and Inspections to see if this side of the building will be deemed safe to reopen.
