2 Major Chocolate Companies Fined For Misleading Customers Ahead Of Valentine's Day

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Valentine's Day is just two weeks away. And now two major chocolate makers have been hit with fines for misleading their customers.

Prosecutors in California say Ghiradelli and Russell Stover sold chocolate in containers that were oversized or predominantly empty.

FDA Expands Recall On Infant Ibuprofen

The two companies will change their packaging and have agreed to pay $750,000 in fines.
