Firefighter Injured While Battling House Fire In Cobbs Creek

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A Philadelphia firefighter is in stable condition after falling through a roof while battling a house fire in Cobbs Creek.
The fire broke out around 3 a.m. Tuesday at a two-story rowhome on the 5600 block of Spruce Street.
Officials say the firefighter fell about 20 feet and suffered a minor head injury. He is expected to be OK.
No other injuries were reported in the fire. It remains unclear if anyone was in the home when the blaze broke out.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
