Eating Seafood May Help Keep You Healthy Into Old Age, Says Study

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)
- New research from BMJ shows a link between eating seafood and healthy aging.

Researchers found higher blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids, found in seafood, were associated with a greater chance of healthy aging.

Study participants who met the definition of healthy aging ate two servings of seafood a week.
