Waterspout Spotted Over Chesapeake Bay In Virginia

NORFOLK, Va. (CBS) – Drivers in Virginia were surprised by some wild weather Sunday.

A waterspout was spotted forming over the Chesapeake Bay in Norfolk around 9 a.m.

It came just before reports of a tornado touching down at a nearby golf course.
