PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A driver crashed into another vehicle in the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia after suffering a medical emergency, say police.

It happened near 2nd and Christian Streets, around noon Friday.

According to police, the driver of a Jeep suffered a medical emergency causing him to run a stop sign and crash into an older Toyota Camry, dragging it about 20 feet before coming to a stop.

No word on the driver’s condition.
