Overturned Dump Truck Closes Eastbound I-76 In South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - All lanes of eastbound I-76 in South Philadelphia are closed after a dump truck overturned, Tuesday afternoon.
It happened on eastbound I-76, between 28th Street and Passyunk Avenue, shortly before 1 p.m.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
The lanes will be closed while crews work to clean the mess and upright the truck.
