Water Cascades Down Subway Stairs, Flooding Platform

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — It was a rough morning weather-wise for New Yorkers, especially when it comes to getting around in the rain.

One commuter captured this video of water cascading down subway stairs like a waterfall, and flooding the platform below.

Subway riders also had to avoid water that fell from the ceiling.

Despite the big mess, service continued on as normal.
