I-95 Northbound Ramp Reopens Following 2-Car Collision
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The I-95 northbound off-ramp to Woodhaven Road has been cleared following a head-on collision early Friday morning.
Due to Wednesday's nor'easter, the ramp had frozen over causing slick road conditions.
The ramp was briefly closed but has since reopened.
Injuries remain unknown at this time.
