Clarke bet Boston City Council President Andrea Campbell that the Eagles would win their very first Super Bowl ring.

So Monday, he was rewarded with some congratulatory Boston cannolis from “Mike’s Pastry”.

If Clarke lost, he would have sent cheesesteaks from Jim’s Steaks and Pennsylvania-made treats from the Reading Terminal Market.
