PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — If you want to be a part of the Philadelphia Eagles going forward, you better get used to short offseasons.

That was Doug Pederson’s message to his team.

“I told them, I said, ‘Get used to this. This is the new norm in Philadelphia. Playing and hopefully playing into February every year. It’s the new norm. Short offseasons. And let’s do that.’ And the guys that want to be a part of that, we’ll do that,” Pederson said.
