Man Charged In Deadly Hit And Run On Schuylkill Expressway
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) — Police charged a 35-year-old man in connection with a deadly hit and run on the Schuylkill Expressway on Sunday night.
Emmanuel Doxy of Philadelphia allegedly failed to stop after striking 32-year-old Michael House of Blue Bell.
House, a tow truck diver, was assisting a disabled vehicle on the side of the road.
The accident happened in the eastbound lanes near Belmont Avenue.
