Philly Officer Injured During Traffic Stop
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia police officer was injured while conducting a traffic stop on Monday night.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 2900 block of N. American Street.
Police tell CBS3 that an officer was injured while conducting a traffic stop. Further details surrounding the incident have not been released.
The officer was transported to an area hospital where he's expected to be treated and released.
Police say an arrest was made.
No other injuries were reported.
