Frustrated By Delays, Passenger Jumps Onto Plane Wing

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-  Officials in Spain have arrested A 57 year-old Polish citizen for climbing out the emergency door of a plane on the tarmac at a Spain airport.

They say the man was upset over repeated delays, and so he climbed out of the emergency door and walked out on to the wing of the plane. One passenger captured the entire event with a smartphone.

The man was talked back into the passenger area on board and was promptly arrested.
