PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Authorities came to the rescue of a truck driver who was sickened by a chemical on Friday afternoon.

The incident happened in Port Richmond at the Allegheny Avenue off-ramp from I-95 around noon.

The driver managed to pull the truck over on I-95 near Allegheny without incident.

Fire officials say the driver got a chemical splashed onto his clothes while the truck was being loaded.

Two firefighters and two paramedics were also taken to the hospital for evaluation.
