Vacant House Collapses In Logan
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A house crumbled to the ground in Philadelphia's Logan section.
It happened in the 900 block of West Fisher Avenue.
Officials say it's a vacant house.
The city's Department of Licenses and Inspections is looking into the cause of the collapse.
No one was injured.
