PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A vehicle fire has shut down a stretch of I-95 in Philadelphia.

All lanes in the southbound direction of the highway are closed at Girard Avenue.

Heavy smoke can be seen blowing across the interstate, making visibilty very difficult for drivers.
