Police: Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Special Needs Teen At Rec Center
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old special needs male.
Ronald Coleman, 32, was arrested Thursday. Investigators say the sexual assault happened at Di Silvestro Playground on the 1700 block of South Broad Street.
Park officials say Coleman was a seasonal employee for parks and rec.
Coleman was charged with rape, sexual assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and related offenses.
No further information has been released.
