Woman Gets Special Honor For 107th Birthday
PITMAN, N.J. (CBS) — Zelda Long Fischer's birthday brought her a distinct honor on Wednesday.
Fischer became the oldest person at United Methodist Homes in Pitman after turning 107 years old on Wednesday.
Freeholder Jim Jefferson presented Fischer with a certificate from the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders recognizing and honoring her special day and accomplishment.
Fischer's daughter, Lorna Manahan-Palma, was present for the once-in-a-lifetime moment.
