According to charging documents, Faust is also accused of forging the death certificate of one woman, saying she died of cancer in 2003. He took almost $9,000 from her account.

Detectives found the woman still alive and she told them, contrary to her death certificate, she's never been diagnosed with cancer.

"Our detective made a phone call and quickly determined that person was still alive," said Deputy Bucks County District Attorney Marc Furber.

Faust signed that death certificate as the funeral services licensee, but the doctor's name was illegible with an invalid license number.

The new charges include theft by deception, identity theft, and forgery.
