Merrill Reese: Carson Wentz Will Be 'A Top 5 QB Within 3 Years'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- We know Merrill Reese is optimistic about the Eagles and we know that he likes Carson Wentz.
But the legendary voice of the Eagles may have taken his prediction to a totally different level, in the form of a HOT TAKE.
Reese proclaimed that Wentz will become a top-five quarterback within three years.
Wentz, 24, threw for 3,782 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions finishing 7-9 in 16 starts as a rookie. This year, with new offensive weapons, the expectations are higher.
