PHILADELPHIA (CBS) –– Police say the victim in a deadly accident on Roosevelt Boulevard was not using a crosswalk.
Investigators tell Eyewitness News, 35-year-old Errol Catchings was hit by two vehicles near Wyoming Avenue in Olney, around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
