Police: Taxi Driver Shot, Robbed In Fairmount
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A cab driver was shot during a robbery in the Philadelphia's Fairmount section, say police.
It happened in the 2900 block of Ogden Street, just after noon Wednesday.
Death Investigation Near South Jersey Brewery
Philadelphia police say the 62-year-old cab driver was shot twice in the leg by two suspects.
The suspects then fled with his cell phone and $400 in cash.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
