PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police in West Philadelphia are trying to figure out the motive in a deadly shooting.

It happened shortly after 3 a.m. Monday along North Yewdall Street, near 54th and Market Streets.

Police say the 20-year-old victim was under house arrest and was sitting on the front porch of his home when he was shot multiple times.

Police are canvassing the neighborhood for possible witnesses.
