DOVER, Del. (CBS) — A Delaware man is facing numerous charges after being accused of climbing a fence during a NASCAR race at Dover International Speedway.

John Infanti, from Greenwood, Delaware, allegedly climbed a fence during the Drive for Autism race on Sunday.
