Drexel Suspends Frat For 5 Years After Sexual Assault Allegations
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Drexel University says it has now suspended the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity for five years for failure to comply with the university's alcohol policy and regulations.

We first told you about their "interim suspension" earlier this month.
The punishment comes as campus police investigate reports of two sexual assaults at the fraternity house on Powelton Avenue.
The fraternity is cooperating with the investigation.
