Pat Gallen Takes On CorePower Yoga
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — There are many faces during a tough workout, but this is not just any tough workout -- this is CorePower Yoga.

Working your core can be grueling. Practicing yoga is a test of strength and coordination.
"It's definitely not your traditional yoga class. But you still get your ohm on," says instructor Josie Rosa-Gatlin. "It's a nice balance. You start with traditional yoga, but in between, it's really high-powered, high energy, great music."
And it's for all fitness levels. Take it from Josie, who takes the class and instructs while pregnant.
It's a relaxing, engaging, thorough, yet extremely tough workout.
