Serious Accident On Northeast Extension Causing Major Delays

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—A serious accident on the Northeast Extension is causing major traffic delays on Wednesday evening.

Police say a vehicle and box truck have collided just north of the Quakertown exit, near mile marker 48.6 in Lehigh County.

One right lane is closed southbound due to the accident.

No injuries have been reported.
