NETHER PROVIDENCE, Pa. (CBS) — Authorities say a woman was killed after her vehicle rear-ended a medical supply box truck Monday afternoon.

The accident happened on Chester and South Providence Roads in Nether Providence, Delaware County.

Officials say a handicapped adult riding in the back of the vehicle was taken to the hospital with a head injury.

The driver of the box truck was not hurt.

No word on the identity of the woman who was killed.
