CBS 3 Shares Rescue Stories To Help PSPCA Celebrate Its Anniversary
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- They have helped rescue thousands of animals, and now the Pennsylvania SPCA is preparing to mark a major milestone… it's 150th anniversary.
